This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank accounts forthwith. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner is 142th accused and he is one of the Director in the finance company and hence, the Bank Account of the petitioner has been rightly freezed.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
