It is stated that even though case was registered in Crime No. 308 of 2023 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C (suspicious death), during the course of investigation it is found that it is clear cae of murder and as such the offence has been altered to Section 302 of IPC. Hence the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Let the investigation be completed with in a reasonable time.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
