O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the enquiry to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 17.01.2023 (CSR. No.38/2023) and reminder complaint dated 23.02.2023 (SPGP No.490/2023) and complaint dated 12.04.2023 pending before the second respondent within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. Finding that the issue between the parties is purely civil in nature, it was closed on 17.02.2023.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that subsequent to the above said closure, he gave complaints, dated 09.08.2023 and 06.09.2023.

4. The very same closure report, dated 17.02.2023 shall apply to the above said subsequent complaints also. If the petitioner is aggrieved over outcome of the above said closures, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
