No.19897 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19897 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for sixteen days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19897 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Friday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 10/12/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
