This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Cr.R.P.No. 31 of 2012 dated 27.09.2011, confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.5974 of 2012 dated 28.08.2012 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to return the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-76-C-6699 which was seized by the respondent police in Cr.No.371 of 2012 to the custody of petitioner by allowing this Original petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.03.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
