This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue TSLR in the petitioner's favour, based on the representation dated 28.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4, submit that the proceedings are underway and that the Revenue Divisional Officer is conducting an inquiry .

4. Learned counsel for the fifth respondent submits that connected writ petitions and a civil suit relating to the property in question are pending.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer to conclude the inquiry by taking note of the pending civil litigations and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
