This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's written representation, dated 15.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as per the decree/order passed in O.S.No.64/2019 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, dated 01.07.2022.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the objection raised by the petitioner by conducting an enquiry, if any document presented by the third respondent for registration and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
