The Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2024 and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, as well as to the petitioner's property.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the parties were called upon for enquiry and in view of the compromise arrived at between them, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
