2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be acted upon within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third and fourth respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and complete such process within a period of 2/4
