ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.967 of 2024 in M.C.No.35 of 2023, dated 19.11.2024, on the file of the learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has paid the entire amount as directed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.967 of 2024 in M.C.No.35 of 2023 and that the impugned order may be set aside. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the impugned order may be set aside.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the order of the Family Court, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is allowed and the order, dated 19.11.2024, passed in Crl.M.P.No.967 of 2024 in M.C.No.35 of 2023 on the file of the learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, is hereby set aside.
