ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records of the First Information Report in Crime No.90 of 2008 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kandamanur Police Station, Theni District and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. In the light of the affidavit of the alleged victim informing that her father had preferred a false complaint and that she had left her matrimonial home in search of peace and that owing to atrocities of her parents and her husband, she had accompanied her paternal uncle hoping for protection and that she is living under his care and custody, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.90 of 2008, shall stand quashed.
