ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take necessary, appropriate action on petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2023 2.The petitioner has sent representation dated 21.11.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's compliant, but the same has not been considered, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the petitioner's complaint enquiry was conducted. Both the parties appeared before the respondent and thereafter the respondent police finding it to be a civil dispute closed the complaint on 25.11.2023. 2/4

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to work out his legal remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
