ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Selection Grade Senior Tradesman of the respondent Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 30.06.2022.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the earned leave that was surrendered by the writ petitioner in the year 2018-2019 before the retirement of the petitioner has not been disbursed to him even as on today. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to disburse the eligible amount to the writ petitioner along with 6% interest within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
