This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to register a First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2013 given to the second respondent and the CSR No.495/2013 on the file of the second respondent and take appropriate action.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2013, an F.I.R. has already been registered on 16.11.2013 in Crime No.538 of 2013, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 3(1) of PDL Act, on the file of the second respondent police. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication. The second respondent police is directed to act as expeditiously as possible on the first information report and this criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
