The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused nos. 1 and 2, have filed this petition to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.380 of 2013 dated 01.10.2013, on the file of the Special Sub Inspector of Police, Nagamalaipudukottai, Madurai and quash the same as against the petitioners / Accused Nos. 1 and 2.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State would submit that the First Information Report in Crime No.380 of 2013 has already been closed as "mistake of fact" on 28.04.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
