Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to issue Badge License to the petitioner by accepting the explanation given by the petitioner regarding the pendency of FIR which is not a bar to issue the badge license Endorsement by way of processing the petitioner's application in PVR No.S6022300340582 on the basis of the petitioner's explanation/representation dated 04.11.2024 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

With liberty to file a fresh application before the appropriate authority, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the appropriate Regional Transport Officer for grant of Badge Licence. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
