This petition is filed to the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.17 of 2010 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the 2nd respondent has filed the charge sheet in Crime No.17 of 2010, on 08.12.2014, before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
