To prefer this Memorandum of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in this Honourable Court against the Judgment and Decree Dated 19.09.2013 made in M.C.O.P.No.132 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal order dated 02.09.2024 passed as against the respondents 3 and 6 in the above appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on the payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
