2.The petitioner is a physically challenged individual. He had been granted license by the Highways Department for running a petty shop in the petition mentioned site. The petitioner seeks supply of electricity service connection for the same. The petitioner's license is to expire on 29.11.2023. If the petitioner succeeds in getting renewal, the respondent shall provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's petty shop subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
