ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.16 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent to some other impartial investigation agency under his control to conduct a proper and speedy enquiry under his supervision for the above said reasons.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
