ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Headmaster working in the Government Tribal Residential Primary School, Manchalparappu, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider the proposals forwarded by the second respondent on 11.01.2021 and pass orders.

2.The petitioner who is working in the Government Tribal Residential Primary School, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, has expressed his willingness to be shifted to Adi Dravidar Welfare School by way of his request dated 14.12.2020. The said request was forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent by way of proceedings dated 11.01.2021. So far the first respondent has not passed any orders, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the proposals forwarded by the second respondent on 11.01.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
