PRAYER : Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of case in Crime Nos.66 and 65 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police Station to some other agency on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.11.2023.

O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of case in Crime Nos.66 and 65 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police Station to some other agency on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.11.2023.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of repeated directions issued by this Court, the respondents Police is not complied the same.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a issue between the brother and sister, over property issue. It is also further submitted that some of the accused persons were arrested and portion of property involved in crime is also seized, now it is pending for production before the concerned trial Court. One of the accused is still absconding.

4. There shall be direction to the second respondent herein to complete the process of investigation as ordered earlier. It is seen that no extension of time is sought for by the second respondent Police, subsequent to the above said order. But such sort of practice cannot be 2/4

encouraged. Considering that it is the issue between the brother and sister, let the above said order be complied by the second respondent Police within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No further extension of time will be granted by this Court. 5.With the above said direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
