ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(A) and 4(1)(B) of TNP(Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.860 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner before this Court. The earlier petitions were dismissed by this Court on merits. This Court does not find any change in circumstances to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

3.Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
