ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the FIR in Crime No. 1369 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent No.1 Police Station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecuton, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.1369 of 2020, a Final Report has been filed before the concerned Court, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.1987 of 2025.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
