(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from installing Gandhi statue inside the 4th Respondent temple land comprised in S.Nos.107/1A and 107/1B at Kulithalai, Karur District.

The 2nd respondent, in paragraph 10 of his counter affidavit, has stated that the proposed site, in which, the Gandhi statue is to be shifted, belongs to Kulithalai Municipality and not to the 4th respondent temple. 3.
In view of the specific stand taken by the Municipality, the petitioner cannot have any further grievance. Page No.2 of 4
