Aggrieved by the order dated 03.11.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.25200 of 2023, the present review application has been filed.

2.I do not find any error on the face of record. In fact, the rights of the review applicant have been sufficiently safeguarded. However, considering the special facts and circumstances projected by the learned counsel for the review applicant, the breathing time of six weeks granted vide order dated 03.11.2023 will stand extended till the end of January, 2024. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the first respondent are left open. 3.The review application is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is close. 11.12.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias Issue order copy on 12.12.2023.
