The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No. 604 of 2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two
