2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a life threat to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner was not able to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul.

3. Considering the reasons assigned seeking for modification, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.6 (b) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai City daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
