PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the 4th respondent and consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to do his assigned duty in Shop No. 7013, situated at Pamban, Rameswaram by forbearing 4th Respondent by considering Petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2024 and subsequent representation dated 21.11.2024, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
The petitioner, a salesman in TASMAC Shop No.7013, Pamban, Ramanathapuram has filed this writ petition, seeking a Mandamus to the third respondent/the District Manager,TASMAC Limited to conduct an enquiry as against the fourth respondent, the supervisor of the same shop, based on his complaint. According to the 2/5
petitioner, the fourth respondent, a Supervisor of TASMAC is pressurizing the salesmen to sell the liquor with higher prices. 2.Mr.S.Sivanesan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that the request of this petitioner has been considered and they are proposed to conduct an enquiry with regard to the allegations made as against the fourth respondent. He further submits that this petitioner has made a request to transfer him to some other shop and therefore, the enquiry could not be proceeded further. They are having a proposal to transfer this petitioner to the adjacent shop, which is 100 meters away from the present shop, where the petitioner is at present working.
3.This Court considered the rival submissions made and also perused the materials placed on record.
4.The petitioner has raised certain allegations as against the fourth respondent. It appears that even during the enquiry, the petitioner has requested to transfer him to some other shop and the 3/5
same was accepted by the Management. Since it is reported that as requested by the petitioner, the Management of TASMAC is proposed to transfer this petitioner to the adjacent shop, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
