O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer to any other agency and further investigate the F.I.R. NO.129 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and only the opinion of the finger print expert is awaited.

4. The case has been registered in the year 2013. Therefore, the respondent No.3 cannot keep the investigation pending for a long time. It is for him to take appropriate action for getting opinion from the finger print expert. The respondent No.3 is also directed to file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
