These criminal original petitions have been filed seeking for cancellation of anticipatory bail mainly on the ground that the private respondents/accused Nos.A4, A5, A1, A2 and A3 respectively are not complying with the anticipatory bail condition imposed by the sessions Court wherein, they were directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days. 2.When the cases were taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with by the private respondents. 2/3

3.In view of the above, the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the private respondents cannot be cancelled.
