The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2024 has been rejected by informing that the Audit Objection raised against him are still pending. To that effect a letter dated 11.03.2025 has been served to the petitioner.

2. In view of the factual position, in our considered view that no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
