O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No. 1563 of 2013, dated 30.10.2013, in Crl.M.P. No. 1388 of 2013, on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Trichy in Crime No. 217 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in the petition mentioned Crime Number is completed and forwarded to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for getting approval.

4. The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

5. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, by his order dated 30.10.2013 made in Crl.M.P. No. 1563 of 2013 in Crl.M.P. No. 1388 of 2013, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. Subsequently, the petitioners have filed the present petition before this Court, in the year 2013, for modifying the said condition and the same is kept pending till date.

6. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed, the condition already imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, dated 30.10.2013 made in Crl.M.P. No. 1563 of 2013 in Crl.M.P. No. 1388 of 2013, is hereby fully relaxed.
