ORDER

The petitioners seek direction to the third respondent not to harass them in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that the fourth respondent had earlier given a complaint and the same was enquired into and closed; that the fourth respondent has given another complaint against the petitioners and an enquiry is pending on the same; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioners within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
