ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29(2)(a) of NDPS 1/3

Act in Crime No.245 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.The investigation is pending in this case and as per the counter affidavit filed, there is a recovery of 117.250 Kg of Ganja. The recovery has been made from A1 and A2. On the face of it, this Court is not able to find any mandatory violation. A3 and A4 are absconding. Hence this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

4.The petitioner has to wait for the completion of the investigation and the filing of the police report. Thereafter, the petitioner can revive his claim for bail. 5.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed for the present.
