O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3704 of 2024 in Crime No.1137 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by one of the conditions that was imposed by the Court below wherein, out of two sureties, the Court below had insisted for one surety with solvency.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no one is willing to stand as solvency surety and hence, both the mother and father of the petitioner are willing to stand as sureties for the petitioner. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence involved in this case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties and both the sureties shall be the blood relatives (father and mother

of the petitioner). The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

5.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above modification.
