ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent to filed the final report in Crime No.147/2021 dated 18.08.2021 with in time limit fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a counter case is also filed against the petitioner by the defacto complainant. So far as the counter case is concerned, after completion of investigation, final report is filed in C.C.No.22 of 2023 but as for as the petitioner's complaint investigation is not yet completed so far.
3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that after investigation in Crime No.147 of 2021, final report was filed as mistake of fact and RCS notice was also served upon the petitioner.
4. A copy of the RCS notice sent to the petitioner is also available in the CD file. Let a fresh copy be served upon the petitioner so that he can work out his remedy through appropriate process. 2/4
5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
