ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.267 of 2011, dated 22.03.2011, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The reading of the complaint leading to the registration of the case in Crime No.267/2011 on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, and 506(i) of IPC, informs clear abuse of process of law, since having had the benefit of the petitioner/accused's support and help over a long period, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner, who is an Inspector of Police, attacked her within the police station premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
