ORDER

This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking for the relief of direction against the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.10.2013 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents reported that the petition has been enquired on 03.07.2013 and both the parties admitted that civil proceedings are undertaking that they will abide by the decision to be passed by the civil Court. To establish the said submission, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also produced a copy of the undertaking given by both parties on 03.07.2013 along with the report of the Sub Inspector of Police, Vikramangalam.

3. The submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The criminal original petition is closed.
