This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd to 5th respondents by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by Ganagavel Raja, a case in Crime No.36 2/4

of 2023 was registered on 09.10.2023, against four persons. During the course of investigation, it is found that the petitioner is one of the victim.

3. In view of the above submission, let the representation given by the petitioner may also be included in the investigation process. Further investigation can be undertaken on this line.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
