ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the Respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime no.15 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023 on the file of the Respondent within a prescribed time framed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that investigation is still pending in this case and the respondent undertakes to complete the investigation within a period of six months.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
