ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 72 of 2023 from the 2nd respondent to some other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.11.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no proper penal provision has been included in FIR and no proper investigation has been conducted by the investigating officer. The second respondent is pressing the petitioner to withdraw the complaint. Hence, this petition.

3.Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that inspite of repeated summons issued to the petitioner, he is not cooperating with the investigation. Except summoning the petitioner for enquiry, no other harassment made by the second respondent. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for investigation. The second respondent is directed to 2/4

complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
