This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the lock put up by the fourth respondent in the "Sri Kamatchi Amman Koil" situated at Palavanatham Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's 2/4

representation dated 21.11.2024 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
