This petition is filed to transfer the case from the 7th respondent to 6th respondent or any other independent agency like https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CBI based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2011, and complete the investigation within stipulated time limit and lay final report.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and subsequently, further action has been dropped.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
