This petition has been filed to call for the records of the proceedings in Crime No.8 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.8 of 2013, before the concerned Court, which has been taken as C.C.No.59 of 2013.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
