This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to complete the trial in C.C.No.264 of 2013, within two months from the date filing of charge sheet.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the case in C.C.No.264 of 2013 was posted for cross examination of LWs.1 to 3, on 10.01.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

4. By considering the same, without going to the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.264 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
