To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to calling for the records on the file of the 1st Respondent in his proceeding Lr.No.24918/No.1/2013-25, dt.28.10.2016 quash the same and consequently the 1st Respondent to accommodate the petitioner in the post of Watchman or Nigh Watchman in the Department under the control of the Respondents 1 and 2 with effect from the date of completion of 10 years of service with all monetary and service benefits as that in the case of similarly situated candidates of the same department by way of G.O.(2D) No.85, Agriculture Department, dated 15.06.2013.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.R.A.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Though notice has been served on the respondent and name printed, none appears.

Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam, within a period of two [2] weeks from today. 3.The Registry shall not number the Writ Appeal, if the receipt of the payment of cost is not enclosed.
