This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to remove the petitioners name in the History Sheet List in H.S.No.825 of 2006 maintained in the 3rd respondent police station by considering the petitioners representation dated 07.06.2023 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December, 2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting. Let the papers be placed by the third respondent, before the concerned Committee in the next meeting, without fail.
