This petition has been filed to call for the First Information Report in Crime No.369 of 2013, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.369 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed on 10.10.2013, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
