2. The learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Madurai., has sent a letter in D.No.4139/2025 dated 24.12.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.80 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.02.2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.80 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
